Do I have a face that says "Please talk to me"?

There's a dude at work who always stares at me and just now when I passed by him, he said "Whew can't wait to be be done with today!", while staring intensely into my eyes. I don't even know this dude. 😳

I have caught him staring at me so many times I don't think it's random anymore. He will hold eye contact with me as I walk past. And his eyes are like big dark water wells. He's really young-looking, like I'd be surprised if he was over 25. Somewhat handsome actually. And he's in a wheelchair (not that that matters, I'm just trying to describe him accurately).

I don't see him every day but when I do, he does that intense stare thing and I get stomach butterflies but not like in a romantic way, I can't explain it. I pick up on vibes very easily but I can't figure this kid out.
