I've been thinking about suicide lately

I'm not going to do it, it's more thinking through all the outcomes. Would people be better off without me? Would most people even notice beyond the initial period? It obviously would go on without me, alive or not, as it does now. Does it even matter? Do I? Does anyone?

Guys I think I might be depressed again.

I don't really talk about my depression much to other people ,but I know how bad it can get.
To pretend these questions don't enter our minds when we're depressed is easier sometimes than facing the response that we get from expressing them.
I don't really think people are better off when someone dies especially if they loved them.
I had a nephew who killed himself
I don't think anyone's over it yet -it was many years ago ,too -1999.
Life will go on without us that is definitely true.
I think people matter they just don't know it because depression lies to you and so many people are broken and unsure how to be kind.
