@NativePortlander1970 Im sure there is a good version of vegetable soup. I cant put my finger on when a vegetable laden soup goes from a decent soup to a bunch of random ingredients thrown into a pot.
@NeuroticByNature I make my own, so I'm not sure how others make theirs, plus I'm no fan of the canned stuff, it's tasteless compared to mine.

@NeuroticByNature Next time I make a slow cooker roast I'll do a step by step tutorial with photos, then the next day's roast beef and hash with eggs, and the day after's vegetable with roast beef soup :) I'd have Loved to make it for You and others here :)
