I don't think I could. I think it would be too wet. 😕. The restaurant P.F. Changs makes an appetizer called Lettuce Wraps. I believe it's finely ground meat mixed with seasonings and other things and they serve a half a head of lettuce with it on the side and you put the finely ground meat and whatever else is in it in the lettuce and wrap it up and eat it and it's very good (imho). But the amount of beef to lettuce is a lot less. I don't think the meat is nearly as greasy as a hamburger either.

Yes, I haven’t had one because I’m continuing my unhealthy affair with carbs but I think it would be good.

I've had one of those before. It was pretty good. I'd recommend at least trying it for those on a low-carb diet.

Yes for sure - I have celiac so can't eat bread and the GF buns are so-so

I've done it .. its ok, but not a big fan. Rather just do other lettuce wrap dishes like Thai larb or other variants regularly and save the real deal cheese burger /fries for a cheat meal.

I don’t even like lettuce on burgers with a bun. Lettuce only belongs in salads.
