@popmol only fancy lads use brioche. We never even heard of them until like 15 years ago.

@popmol There are buns and hard rolls. I prefer hard rolls(kaiser rolls) over buns

@MethDozer hard rolls are the one you need but the buttery ones, it almost melts in the heat of the meat! yum!
