Interesting. In my dreams, my adult dreams, I have no detailed sense of self, I'm like A roving camera and I never see myself in a mirror. But when I was a child dreams were more out of body, like I saw myself from a distance. Some were mixed where the awareness was both. Like Iwas a roving camera one moment then the camera separated and I saw myself at a distance.

Good question. After thinking about it, I'd have to say No. I do not dream with myself being younger, but I do dream of things and people out of my past.

I don't recall most of my dreams but The ones I do. I tend to be in my prime as well as my encounters with friends and relatives. My prime age is 35 to 45.
