@GuyWithOpinions I live relatively well. But my family are not rich. They backed the wrong candidate for the king of Scotland and fell out of favour. They stayed a prominent border family for the next four centuries but a mixture of poor investment, wars and bad luck led to a slide into obscurity.

There is a picturesque farm now where the castle once stood. I’m told the older barns are made of some of the reclaimed stonework. Their beef wins awards for its flavoursome cuts.

@GuyWithOpinions all I have gotten is a clear response doing my research on itc with my psb7 spirit box. I have been to supposedly haunted locations and got no evidence of the paranormal. That’s not meaning that they were not haunted, but rather the night I visited there was no activity.
