When you aren't feeling 100%, what is your "go to" thing to cheer yourself up?

Lol people there are DIFFERENT kinds of things that make someone not "feel 100%".
So it really depends on what is wrong I would say and if it is on a day that you should really be working but cannot so call in sick/ill with whatever you have.. coz going outside is a bit odd than 🤔😒 plus what if someone sees you.
But than again I have gone to work when not feeling well and was not nice working!
So when am feeling like that and call in sick from work..sleep, read, listen to music, watch film/TV show or a show to get info on what's really happening in the world. And more things.
