The only people who get upset about you having boundaries are the ones who benefited from you having none.

Today was a big awakening.

I saw clearly who was for or against me.

I'm actually very proud of myself.

I handled it well.

Groundwork now.

Be cautious with hr. Remember they are to keep the company out of trouble not to help you. If you look like trouble......🪓

@Kenworth4954 Truth.

No offence but some people get targeted more than others. And that actually makes sense because they themselves haven't set the right boundaries and give people the exceptions that they don't deserve.

@Royricky09 💯 me setting them now is going to come at a price. But there needs to be a resolution. It's so blatantly unfair.
@Umile well being late always has its consequences.
It's not the end of the world.

You need documentation. If and when you go to HR with your complaints, you have to back up your words with proof.
Umile · 41-45, F
@4meAndyou Lucky I write down everything.

@Umile Yes...but that is still YOUR word against theirs. You need to record spoken words. Buy one of those little pocket pens that is also a tape recorder.

When my son was first promoted, I bought one for him, because there is a lot of back stabbing in upper management. I don't know if he ever had to use it.

@4meAndyou Truth.

Smart.

Well, it is what it is.

I'm ready for it.

Forget about it. What happens at work isn't important as long as you get paid.
Umile · 41-45, F
@hunkalove True. I'm just tired of the repeated harassment. People need a wake up call. High time.
