Does Fat Acceptance apply for Men, too?

Just wondering since I only ever see Women talking about body positivity in regards to another female's body.. Not so much men

i don't think it should apply at all. by all means live how you want and if you are happy with it then great but don't tell me it's healthy or some sort of thing to be praised.
