Aldous Huxley showed us that a human host isn't even necessary for gestation at all ... but everyone for some bizarre reason regards that as dystopian, even though entire classes of problems evporate in that novel's procreation scheme. The entire, eternal abortion debate for one thing, just gone, instantly, it's no longer even an applicable concept, no embryo is even fertized until necessary, to maintain a world population at a constant, more sustainable level not exceeding the planet's carrying capacity, with evenly distributed generational cohorts, nothing like Boomers outnumbering Millennials and having an eldercare crisis or tax revenue / social welfare crisis.
