@Convivial somebody’s got to start the conversation. there’s so much stigma around mental illness. especially severe one’s like my schizophrenia. I’ve talked about a lot of my mental illness issues, so people can understand maybe… and we can try and destigmatize it. my one gift I’ve been given in my life is my words, so I’m trying to use them here to good effect.

@Convivial I’m somebody’s sister, somebody’s daughter, somebody’s spouse. we’re all just people, doing sometimes scary thing in tough situations. but I’m nobody special. that I know.
