My mentor right now is an OnlyFans model. When I mentioned that to a few folks, they were like, "So you should start an OnlyFans too." And I was like, "OH HELL NO. Ain't no one wants to see a girl like me!" But on second look... actually there DO seem to be people who would be into that. After kicking the idea around, I feel like I could maybe do it. But it just gives me wayyyy too much anxiety. Was fun considering for a moment though.
@DarkHeaven Anxiety is a killer. My mentor has been doing live streams for the past four years. She says she still feels anxiety before every single one. I have started feeling anxiety this year too in a way i never have in the past. I keep thinking, "Maybe I can just willpower my way through this," but that's never how it works.
First is prayer, "Do not be anxious for anything, but in everything with prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to Goddess. And Her peace which surpasses all comprehension will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Phil 4.6 (gender-swapped-version, because, you know, I currently have issues with a male deity).
Second, my doc prescribed anxiety meds. 🤣 I only use them occasionally. But I find that if my anxiety is keeping me awake at night, they can at least usually get me a good night's sleep when I most need it.
The half point is exercise. I'm only counting it as a half point because I've been sick so I haven't exercised in a week. And it's hard to remember how helpful it actually is in fending off anxiety, or if it's just me wanting it to help.
I know someone who was doing it and I think got a bit desperate and started sending the link to everyone at work to get them to subscribe and it just turned out to be a big joke, she isn’t doing it anymore as far as I know
