At the end of the day, are weights and the gym really all that necessary for a better looking body?

You got all types of calesthetics like pushups, pullups, crunches, planks, body squats, jump rope, frog jumps (i did some of those yesterday, and my legs are shot lol)

I workout at least once a day. I’m very fit. I’ve never lifted though it looks like I do.

It just takes fuel and the willingness to push yourself.

No. You can do most excercises at home.

It just depends on your goals. You can definitely do a hell of a lot without weights.
