Speed limit under 35 MPH unless maybe it's a school zone or a specifically dangerous section.
All the local towns near me are like 25 MPH, and al.skt everyone goes 35 mph as they roads are safe to go that fast and it's the natural speed of those roads
That being said, there is one "pig path" road, that should be be kept low, because it's literally zig zag like, and cars at night have trouble on it.
