@Musicman NC State. Men's team was awful this season. Coach got fired. The women's basketball team is great. They finished first in conference, and are in the top 10 nationally.

@SethGreene531 Lol!!! 🤣 You've got that right! That's why I like our motorhome. We can chase cooler weather in the summer. We actually have a few nights in January and February that drop into the 30's. 🥶🥶🥶 Heat is definitely not a building code requirement here. You can definitely guarantee that we have heat though. 🙂

@Musicman Agreed, you've got the best of both worlds having a motorhome. Ultimate flexibility.

Wise to have heat in the house as a redundancy.

I seem to remember citrus crops, etc, ruined in those Jan-Feb dips.

@SethGreene531 It definitely happens every few years. I feel really bad for the farmers. Those crops are their income.

We definitely love it and we really enjoy traveling. 🙂

@Musicman Yeah it hit 77 today and it felt like a heat wave.

I might buy white sand at Lowes and pour it around the edge of my pond towards the end of the week. LOL
