@SethGreene531 Egads! Fridged North! You mean it's below 70??? 😲
SethGreene531 · M
@Musicman😆 A tad, yes. Although today, we had a heatwave when it soared to 43.
70 is probably sweater weather for you guys😄. Apart from some frost, how's it been in Florida?
Been a brutal winter here.
Jan to present, overnights averaged 15 below; 25 with wind factor. Decking & house timbers always booming as they shift in the temperature.

@SethGreene531 Now that is seriously cold 🥶🥶🥶 Our days are averaging 80. Tonight we are actually supposed to dip down to 59. I may have to use the comforter tonight. Usually I just use a sheet.

@Musicman 59 ? wow. I know most homes are without furnaces there, so that could actually get serious if it dropped lower.
Even up here, 60 is sweater and jacket weather. It's pleasant.
But -15, & below is crazy. Realizing I'm not the hardy winter warrior I thought 🥶.
Lol, come 104 in July, we'll wish for these days 😄

@SethGreene531 Lol!!! 🤣 You've got that right! That's why I like our motorhome. We can chase cooler weather in the summer. We actually have a few nights in January and February that drop into the 30's. 🥶🥶🥶 Heat is definitely not a building code requirement here. You can definitely guarantee that we have heat though. 🙂

@Musicman Agreed, you've got the best of both worlds having a motorhome. Ultimate flexibility.
Wise to have heat in the house as a redundancy.
I seem to remember citrus crops, etc, ruined in those Jan-Feb dips.

@SethGreene531 It definitely happens every few years. I feel really bad for the farmers. Those crops are their income.
We definitely love it and we really enjoy traveling. 🙂
