Do you like to challenge yourself?

As for me, I do like challenges, but I realize they are not for everyone. If you like challenges, what are some good examples of challenges you've intentionally taken on?

For me challenges are motivational. And provide focus. My challenge lately is being more intentional in becoming a better boss for my employees.

I don't like challenges. But i force myself to be challenged, and love the outcomes.
