I don’t know why my self-esteem took a nose dive last night

But then, I was drinking and I guess that was just the dark thoughts letting me know they’re still there, no matter how much happier I am in life now. I’ll never truly be rid of them and that was a grim reminder. 😞

@Ducky 😞if it is drink that undoes the good work and brings in doubt in yourself and lack of esteem i think it maybe time too give up the drink
