To anyone who typically does not doubt themselves..

And who has a fairly positive view of themselves..

In what ways does it just feel natural to and OK to like yourself? To not feel hung up about it/selfish etc.?

In my case it is not so much self-confidence: I am always overanalyzing and can never decide on things, other than perhaps what to order for breakfast.

Rather, it is more my stubbornness. I want things one way even if it may be wrong. I resist change and nagging. I annoy my parents and doctors. I am often just a cranky old man, LOL!

I have some smarts and it has led to success, and that has bred confidence. Until some bright whipper-snapper comes along and puts me to shame. I just cannot keep up with these youths, and must rely on experience. But once they learn, they no longer need a dinosaur like me.

Yet someday I will be replaced by AI. And so will they. So we will both be on welfare. Let us hope we find cheap energy and robots make lots of food and goods cheaply, so all can be sustained without much money.

Yet then we will all become fat, lazy, stop studying, and eventually join the human zoological park sustained by our robot caretakers.

Admit you have flaws. If you can change it , then do and if not, accept it and move on.

No one is perfect. It’s our individual uniqueness that makes us, us.

The age old question ~ I have many doubts, I welcome them, and who doesn't, I question? The world is full of many spectrums in colour, while most of the world is now black and white. You can learn you are being more honest with yourself than half the world as a starting point does when they feign false confidence. Be yourself, half the world does not know how to be.
Why is anyone better than me?
If it’s Money of level of education ..
That’s their delusion. Not mine 😎

I find myself hardly ever asking "What if?" When I'm happy. When I'm unhappy, I doubt myself a lot more. It's my body trying to figure out why the situation I'm in or my actions aren't resulting in a happy version of myself I think.

I tend to have a a positive view of myself based on helping others and trying to make their lives more positive by sharing experiences, hopes and dreams
