No. Because it’s too warm in Florida and expensive too. I like to think I was in a cabin with plenty of firewood and a beautiful fireplace or wood stove with a glass door, plenty to cook and eat, and time to just relax and take in the winter scenery. Probably why I like to watch winter cabin videos so much on You Tube.

@cherokeepatti Oh wow! Three days would remind me of a 3 day weekend away from work. I would definitely want a minimum of 5 days.

@Musicman me too but I’d settle for 3 at this point. On the last vacation we’d stay at an Air-B& B for one night. And one night in a tent cabin in Yosemite. The tent cabins were not good but better than trying to get a big cabin and the village setting was kind of lighthearted and fun, hearing children playing and adults talking etc. People were really friendly. We were trying to pack in as much as we could in the few days we had for vacation and it was fun but also wanted to go back and savor it longer.

Sometimes.

One winter I actually flew there and spent a week. Good nightlife. I bar crawled, going from band to band.

After closing time I wandered the waterfront talking to the feral cats.
