I am learning to and the more I learn, the more I love myself.
Why did I not before? Because there was always a belief that I am not enough, that there was something wrong with me.
Why do I do now? Because those beliefs were not mine. And I am learning to let go of those and bring my own beliefs and it is healing me slowly.
