@helenS Do you want what is best for yourself? Such as a nice partner, a nice home, a place of work where you're respected. Do you think you can do good things, and do you act it out? Do you treat yourself to things you enjoy? Do you work on improving yourself? Are you comfortable in your own company?
If the answer to most of these questions are yes then you're likely to love yourself, in my opinion.
