@Spumoni I wish you the best. The start of this year was messed up for me. I probably haven't crossed 15 days without getting drunk. I'm still at 10 at the moment.
Never forget addiction wants you back in its control. It sings siren songs in your head to change your course, because it doesn't want you to sail free. It wants to watch you crash on the rocks and die, first spiritually and then physically.
@Mamapolo2016 I completely get this. It's just a distraction for a bit and then it's a terrible addiction to combat against eventually.
I'm just staying sober. I need to. It's okay if I'm hurt but it's better than wrecking myself further.

Distractions only work for a while. Soon the amount of alcohol you need now won't be enough and it will lead to more and more consumption. You need to deal with the cause of your sadness ..painful and uncomfortable as it might be.
@Beatbox34 Bless your heart.💖 Although I didn't intend for it to make you cry, I'm hoping they're tears of happiness by realizing you matter to people here. Plus tears are healthy, so just let them pour. We're all here for you, please keep that in mind. May peace find your soul soon.🕊️
@Beatbox34 yeah having more things to do kinda helps with the distractions because it's hard as it is to keep shit off your mind. It gets easier eventually but not right now
well done you as the bottle is not or never the answer to day to day problems and i congratulate you for being strong and not going down that road .[beatbox34]
