Staying sad and sober is so hard for me since I relied on the booze to calm me down.

I haven't drank alcohol in a while but in general I wonder.

@Spumoni I wish you the best. The start of this year was messed up for me. I probably haven't crossed 15 days without getting drunk. I'm still at 10 at the moment.
