How do you know that its time to move on?

When the hurt and pain outweigh everything else

when you realize your brain makes more sense than your heart

when you can do nothing right

When I get bored

There has to be some obsession with the person in order to make it "good."

Respect is 100% needed but there needs to be at least 1% of passion too.

If there is no passion, it is time to move on.

It takes time sometimes.
Sometimes you want to but can't.

But generally speaking, when a situation becomes toxic, and can't be helped its better to walk away from it.

I stop feeling anything positive about the person or situation. Or anything at all, really.
