Becoming Whole

Sometimes people come into our lives to show us parts of ourselves that still need healing. A soul contract of sorts. They play the part of the bad guy. So that you eventually learn to stop abandoning yourself. There’s beauty in the break down. It can be painful and feel really hard to pick yourself back up, but it makes you wonder. All that love that you poured into people who were incapable of returning that energy to you…how the dynamic was so lopsided. Just imagine where life is going to take you now that you are pouring that love into yourself.

So true.. As they say when the student is ready a teacher will appear...
Snow33 · 36-40, F
@Convivial And When the student is truly ready. The teacher will disappear. 😊 Beautiful quote. So true.

@Snow33 often just happens to be true....

It's a hell of a thing, isn't it?
I've been there and it didn't feel beautiful to me ..it was traumatic and difficult to deal with and has left a permanent scar ..romanticizing trauma isn't beautiful
Snow33 · 36-40, F
@Chern0bylplaygr0unds I understand. It didn’t feel beautiful to me either when I was going through it. But as I am healing I can see that with out that experience I would still be wanting to be chosen instead of choosing myself. I needed that lesson to evolve and to learn to love myself again. We have different perceptions on reality. It’s okay if we don’t agree. I’m sorry for your pain 🫂.
@Snow33 thank you ...people heal differently but I have learned that real healing has to come from within ...it's ok to disagree
My soul is beyond repairable

@vic7ory Perhaps your human persona has some damage… but I highly doubt your soul is beyond repair. It’s eternal and watching your human experience. Maybe even trying to nudge you in the right direction.. if you choose to sit in misery..misery you shall have. Maybe change the channel.

Not sure I agree. 🤷🏼‍♀
Snow33 · 36-40, F
@LadyBronte That’s okay, you don’t have too. Everyone perceives things differently based on their own experiences. 🙏🏼

@Snow33 Yep.

The theory sounds like trying to justify trauma. Trauma sucks and it just sucks. Arm yourself desperatly and prepare for when it comes and knocks at your door.
Snow33 · 36-40, F
@twistedrope Yes, lots of things in this world can be experienced as trauma. It’s even traumatizing to fill your mind with negative thoughts and watch violent things…it’s your life. Your reality. You get to choose if you see meaning behind things or if life is just painful for no reason. I chose to find a way to grow and evolve through them.
LadyBronte · 61-69, F
@twistedrope I agree.
