I Have Low Self Esteem

I have such low self esteem that it is disabling. I never feel good enough to the point I cant even be around people anymore. I wish I could be more confident but I just don't have the energy. I feel fear all the time....

@Feedbacker: YES definitely I have anxiety to the point I'm almost house bound and quit my job. I feel lost....

@toniyl: You understand that anxiety comes from an inability to tolerate a lack of control on some level? It is an issue that can be managed although you may need help.

I know exactly what you mean when you say it's disabling. I have such low self esteem that I am afraid of going anywhere or doing anything because people will judge me by appearance and everything else. I hope things get better for you

I know exaxtly how you feel! I get so anxious and nervous, I can't eat around strangers.

That is sad and I am sorry.
I felt bad about myself for years.
I was in a bad marriage and it sucked the life out of me.
