I have such low self esteem that it is disabling. I never feel good enough to the point I cant even be around people anymore. I wish I could be more confident but I just don't have the energy. I feel fear all the time....

That is sad and I am sorry. I felt bad about myself for years. I was in a bad marriage and it sucked the life out of me.
