I Have Low Self Esteem
I have such low self esteem that it is disabling. I never feel good enough to the point I cant even be around people anymore. I wish I could be more confident but I just don't have the energy. I feel fear all the time....

Lots of people aren't pretty. Arguably most people at some point. It doesn't really last. None of this has much to do with fear does it?

@Feedbacker: I just think about looks and how I don't fit in and how people have treated me. then I am filled with fear of being judged negatively.

@toniyl: You understand that anxiety comes from an inability to tolerate a lack of control on some level? It is an issue that can be managed although you may need help.
