I Have Low Self Esteem and Confidence

Feels like the older I get the more useless I think I am.
I'm in a point in my life where I'm hiding from everything because I don't feel good enough or worthy enough for anything.
I feel too stupid for anything.
I don't want to live like this but...I don't know how to stop thinking I'm the biggest piece of shit that ever lived.

Read someone elses poetry or story you like that's also classical or highly rated. Perhaps even edgar allen poe. Then, attempt to write in that feel and style of it in a new short poem. and be proud of what you created. Worked for me.
