I Have Low Self Esteem and Confidence

Feels like the older I get the more useless I think I am.
I'm in a point in my life where I'm hiding from everything because I don't feel good enough or worthy enough for anything.
I feel too stupid for anything.
I don't want to live like this but...I don't know how to stop thinking I'm the biggest piece of shit that ever lived.
