I need ideas to help keep a outdoor gathering center open. They are lacking funding. Any ideas?

Afternoon movie nights, morning reading hour or bookish people? Or have group gatherings where people meditate or do yoga and such? Then promote and make sure everyone knows that its going to be shut down and to help keep it open?
