I need ideas to help keep a outdoor gathering center open. They are lacking funding. Any ideas?

Attendance varies. Area is used more in the summer months for band camps and outings. There is a few trails that you can hike or fish in the lakes. The park is usually open 8 am to 10pm. It is located in Ripley WV which is on the eastern side of the US.

@Rollercoaster97: I see. Family friendly. A free beverage of any kind. Even water. Canopy with tabletop seating in a variety of parsed accomodations that are more couple or small group oriented in some and more large group / family size in others. Lighting and color schemes also have an effect on participation draw. As do informational placards. Lists of things are often overlooked. The mind loves to learn new things. Unseen items. Make sure there are no under the radar odors that repel guests. If possible include olfactory pleasantries wherever possible. Attendee confidence in safe departure from parked vehicles. A plethroa of obvious survellance where cars are left unattended. Just to name a few.
