Take a walk into nature. It relaly helps to set things straight and to think about decisions, emotions, solutions to problems... And occupational therapy can be very helpful too. Try a new hobby, anything creative, doesn't have to be a master piece, but even just being busy with anything creative can make you feel so much better. it certainly works for me.
