Why does suicide seem like the only option ?

I think it's worth saying that very few people who feel this way have the intention to hurt anybody else - it's a state of mind that's like an implosion of your soul. My depression comes in waves that are completely consuming. They do pass, but it's overwhelming when they arrive. Had a big one yesterday, and I suspect it's just happened for you @colourlessflower. Hang on, clear your mind, and know you're not alone x
