Haircut time

So my hair is currently shoulder length and it's so hot here and it is starting to bug me so how should I get my hair done?

My first girlfriend had an older sister that had LONG red hair. She could wrap it around her waist. That was when I got my education on having long hair. Headaches, taking all day to dry when washed, always having to think about where your hair is and what it is doing.
