Idk, I have no problems getting to sleep or sleeping.
They say to stay off of any electronic devices especially with backlit screens for at least an hour before bed.
Is your room dark and cool?

P.S. Watching tv sometimes can put you to sleep. Or maybe drink some chamomile tea.
