Acknowledge the need for change: Write down the disadvantages of vaping
Find a new Habit: Recognize when you vape ie.. your surroundings, time of day, you feelings, and replace it with a different habit. Like if you vape while watching tv, then next time before sitting down to watch tv make a cup of tea and drink that instead of grabbing your vape
Exercise: because this is one they always say

Replace lost needs

Start a good habit chain with little star stickers.
