Find a new Habit: Recognize when you vape ie.. your surroundings, time of day, you feelings, and replace it with a different habit. Like if you vape while watching tv, then next time before sitting down to watch tv make a cup of tea and drink that instead of grabbing your vape

I don't vape or smoke so i don't know how valid this is, but get away from it, throw them all away and take out the trash ASAP. Anything related to it, or that reminds you of it, or that stresses you out to the point you feel like you need it should most likely go as well. And regardless of what you try, just remember it will take time, and it will be hard, and it doesn't matter if its a day or aweek, progress is progress.

Depends on what you are vaping and or why. If it's just nicotine then there are gum, lozenges and patches. If it's THC then you might try CBD instead.
Of course it could be the act itself in which case it's psychological and you be better off seeing a therapist or addiction specialist.
