Thank you to all who reached out. I appreciate it

OUCH! You are already stronger then you know, you are reaching out and know what not to do. Take some "me" time as grieving is cathartic. Then spend some time thinking about you observe yourself. This is self awareness, in practicing self awareness we learn why we do the things we do. Figuring out how you could have gotten involved in the first place will be a lesson and one that you wont repeat. This book on mindfulness is about meditation and self awareness.

He did lie. You feel angry and sad because you were lied to and it's a loss of hope. Allow yourself to feel these feelings. Be kind to yourself, look after yourself every day. Love yourself. He is the problem, the one with problems. You are ok and will be ok once you've worked through the emotions of this betrayal. Much luck, love and blessings.

Take it one day at a time and be grateful that you found out now instead of down the road. He's a sleaze and you are better off without him.
