12 step program is the most successful at helping alcoholics to stop drinking and stabilize their lives. There is all kinds of information online and likely a local group you could join for support.

Your friends and surroundings are most probably aiding to that. You can't go sober around drunk people. You need to cut them off.. and find a new life..
I had the same problem, minus the drugs.

The only solution I found was 1) rehab and 2) AA

That was seven years ago and so far so good. I rarely even miss it.

Ask yourself do you really want to stop drinking?
The habit will not be broken until you are serious.
Do you mainly drink when with your friends?
If yes, then you need to not be around your friends. Seriously.
You can go back to them once you have completely stopped drinking but until then, remove the temptation.
Change you socialising habits, go nowhere there is alcohol available.

My honest view on addiction is that the only fast route is to divert that into another addiction, hopefully a healthier one. And the only thing that rivals substance addiction is people addiction (they basically fire the same neurons), so best bet is to find someone you give so much shit about it straightens you out. Easier said than done but there aren't really many shortcuts out of addiction

I can't help but think if you were serious you wouldn't be asking a bunch of total strangers who only have the information you've chosen to give them omitting anything of substance on which to base a helpful answer.

The solution that works for me- don't have alcohol in the house.
