Shadow work

I'm a newbie and was wondering if anyone knew about shadow work and if they can give me some advice.. this is the book I ordered

It’s alchemy . It will cause noticeable change, the people and scenarios you do shadow work on will act differently when you finish

@Heavenlywarrior has to be purpose doing shadow work? how to know if you need to do this or anyone can do it?

@Lemony1199 yeah… for your own healing…healing of relationships and trauma… it’s our own shadows and fears… we can rewrite our code or program in other words be visualizations and affirmations during deep meditation.

Anyone can do it☺️
