there are many different practices and they have different names, but the essence is the same.

if you do it seriously, it can be a lifelong activity.

i would love to send you links to sources, but I haven't read anything for a long time.

but there are a lot of sources. the presentation of information in them is different.

you can read religious texts. you can study world mythology and philosophy. you can read books on occultism and magic or scientific literature from physiology to quantum mechanics. there is something useful everywhere.

there is no point in advising anything in particular. you will only be able to understand correctly the information that corresponds to your level of understanding.

if you go that way, useful information in one form or another will find you. there is no need to hurry. good luck to you.
