Do people disappoint you more or is it you who do?

We can easily blame others for our miseries and for changing, but shouldn't we be in control of our own emotions and life? I know we're no saints or Gurus that say think than feel, but how do you do it? How bigger role does depression play in it? How do you become headstrong? Fvck wish I wasn't an idealist.

Ive always taken responsibility for my dissapointment . Ive been more dissapointed by myself than anyone else. I guess ive never really expected too much from others.
