This girl still doesn’t like me. Even almost a year later. Should I just give up?

back in middle school there was this girl and she seemed to be one of the coolest girls we know. She told jokes, funny, very talented actress and very kind to her friends. I wanted to be friends with her but she always gave me dirty looks. When I said hi and was nice to her she coldly said hi. When I walk she ignores me, when I come in, she walks right out of the room. She looked disappointed and gives a frown when I see her. I think she’s scared of me because of my 5’11” 3/4 and large built frame. She is like under 5’0” and petite. I didn’t do nothing to her. She seemed so cool but she didn’t want anything to do with me. She prefers to hang with my two best friends but not me. She was having a party snd only invited my best friends but not me. I did NOTHING to her. I did a lot and she STILL didn’t like me. One of my teachers told me, “You listen to me very carefully. This is very important. Not everyone is going to like you. No matter how cool, sweet, awesome or even talented you are, you won’t be liked by everyone and they’re allowed to not like you no not obligated to like you or be your friend.”

I saw her last week. I was like, “Hey long time no see! How you been?” She just looked at me and just walked off. I asked her if I did something and she just ignored me and walked off. I am about to give up. I’m done.
