Is being too available a bad thing?

My cousin thinks I’m “too available” for my best friend and my other friends so much that I don’t have time to take care of myself. She told me the text messages and all will wait.
Some of my friends get impatient when I don’t text back right away but I have a life you know. Plus I have a job full time and they don’t.

people need to learn that you still have a life, sometimes it's okay to respond instantly other times they can wait, if they become impatient then let them be
