How do I go about talking to my boyfriend about the GPS Tracker he had delivered to his brother's house ?

I'm pretty sure the device is for me. He and his brother got in a fight over his mail being opened. What do I do how do I go about handling the situation?

There is no other reason for him to have something like that for anything else. And it's not a , Coincidence that he jokingly insinuated about how he's gonna have to put a GPS tracker on me.
