How Do You Stay Unbiased or Not Angry During Parent's Divorce?

I imagine it's hard but maybe natural to feel that. Maybe try to remember it's hard to know the depths of their individual emotional issues. So many nuances.

Thankfully mine didn't. Although they had one separation in their 60+ year marriage. I remember feeling sadness, not so much anger.
