I agree with the person who said you shouldn’t do this without help. (Professional if you can afford it)
Do the little things that keep yourself human. Stay clean. Shower every day. Get out for a walk or do some real exercise.
Take care of yourself.
The other human you speak of is of secondary concern. They have needs but if you aren’t taking care of yourself, none of it matters. Tell them you are struggling but don’t rely on them.
